All our products are backed with both the manufacturers and Suppliers guarantee for up to 24 months depending on the item.

All individual items will be clearly stated before installation or sale and will be clearly marked on your invoice.

In the event of a faulty item please contact us or return it as soon as possible and we will arange an exchange.


CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products or no longer require an item please return the item within 28 days of purchase in its original packaging and we will arrange a full refund,

PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS BEYOND THE 28 DAY PERIOD OR ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

OUR GUARANTEE

We offer up to 24 month labour guarantee on our all our installation services in conjunction with the manufacturers / suppliers product guarantee, This will cover any cabling, connectors or hardware that we have supplied.

  • SERVICE PROVIDER CHANGES
  • MOBILE PHONE UPGRADES OR RENEWALS
  • MOBILE PHONE APPS RELATED TO ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT SUPPIED BY US
